Andy has worked in the fitness industry for 25 years. She has 2 degrees: BCAPS and BPHED. She has worked as a Personal Trainer in San Francisco, Vancouver, London and Hawkes Bay. She enjoys working with her wide range of clients who currently vary in age from 13 to 80 years old and goals from rehab to national competition to general health and wellbeing.

Every programme is individualised and adaptable depending on how the client is on the day. All goals are welcome whether it is rehab, sport specific, weight control, general health and wellbeing or just time away from the computer to get moving and clear the head!
