Following a motorcycle accident I experienced my own physical rehabilitation challenges with serious injuries. It was during that rehab process that I found how powerful it is to have a personal trainer working with you to achieve your goals. That is one of the reasons I became a Personal Trainer. (more about my accident here) Early 2019 I started on my own weight loss experiment, losing 16kg and experimented with some different approaches. I understand the challenges you face losing weight – of course, noting we all have our own personal challenges as well. Having answered calls at a crisis helpline for a number of years, you can be assured of an environment where you will feel listened to, safe, cared for, and not judged.
