Profile

I contract teach a variety of fitness classes in fitness facilities community, corporate groups throughout Christchurch. The Christchurch 2011 earthquakes saw me take a change in career path and led me back to teaching fulltime in early 2012 after initially qualifying as a Fitness Instructor in 1997. I am also an ex Southern institute of Technology tutor to Group Fitness Instructors. I am a qualified beginner to intermediate level Mat Pilates Instructor.
