Hi my name is Kate and I run small group training sessions as well as one on one work from home and mobile as well. Im a trained group fitness instructor in spin,body attack, pump and body combat. I have my level 2 and 3 in national cert of fitness as well as the personal trainer national cert. I worked in a gym for 7 years and recently left and started up my own business, BONKERS with BUNNY. I have recently started teaching DRUMS ALIVE..a fitness drumming program..My motto,TRAIN HARD LAUGH HARD
