Background

I am a 50+ personal trainer, newly qualified after achieving my own personal fitness goals and having a desire to pass on my experience, through empathy, knowledge and lived experience. I am pursuing further qualifications in neurodivergent clients, older clients and post menopausal women. I hope to become specialised on these areas. I am a neurodivergent CrossFit/functional fitness athlete

Facilities

I have a small home facility where I take personal training sessions focussing on strength, I also run a beginner running group in Masterton 3 times a week. I am also a functional fitness coach.
