Hi , I've been in the Fitness Industry for over 25 years and in this time have worked with everyone from the general public up to World Champion Athletes . I am an ex Canterbury, Golden Gloves and NZ Boxing Champion and also Surf competitively to this day.With years of experience within the Fitness Industry I have many strings to my bow and pride myself on getting results with all who choose to work with me no matter what the goal maybe . My motto is "let my experience be your experience" 🙂
