Debbie Sumner is a registered Yoga teacher based in the Nelson/Tasman area. She has been practicing yoga since her early teens and has found this practice to enhance her quality of life in all areas. She also has strong background in Dance, Mainly Middle Eastern Dance and has trained with many different teachers from all over the world. Debbie Teaches Slow Flow Yoga, Yin and Restorative. She offers regular classes at The Wee Wellbeing Studio in Ruby Bay and at Kokoro Studio in Brightwater.
