Hi all my name is Jared. I was diagnosed with Anxiety, depression and Social Phobia from a very young age. Through the years this was always a set back and influenced my poor quality of life. In my early 20s I first discovered exercise and how the positive effects are as much mental as they are physical. I had always thought of my mental health as a negative until I had the realisation that being able to relate to my clients and have walked in their shoes is invaluable.
