Most first time applications do not need any CPD points, except:
- 10 CPD points - If your entry qualification was issued over 24 months (2 years) ago and/or if your registration expired between 12 and 24 months ago.
- 20 CPD points - If your entry qualification was issued over 36 months (3 years) ago and/or if your registration expired over 36 months ago.
Those that require CPD points will need to produce evidence of professional development completed. E.g completion certificate, booking/payment confirmation.

If the name listed on your qualification does not match the name you are currently using please supply one of the following legal documents:
- Marriage Certificate (to change name in case of marriage, or to revert to maiden name if separated)
- Deed poll document
- Birth certificate
All registrations must be issued in legal names so you can only register in a full legal name.
